Do you think you're Beautiful? {Dove}

When did we become camera shy? Or hate getting our pictures taken? Or stop thinking we're beautiful? According to a Dove study only 4% of women perceive themselves as beautiful. As for those that are camera shy? Well, the study indicates that those that are camera shy are often uncomfortable or self-conscious. How often do you take pictures and go back on your digital cameras to delete them? Study also found that many women delete their pictures or destroy pictures of themselves because they didn't like the way they came out.
