I admit...I'm not the biggest Britney Spears fan but I do love a good fashion magazine cover and Harper's Bazaar June/July 2011 cover is fabulous! Its just says "Summer", natural sunkissed looking makeup and white Bill Blass dress scream out Miami Night Club Party with the girls. What people don't know about Britney,
