If clumpy lashes is the look your after than you have found your match. Most of my readers know that I will not spend a fortune on mascara because I truly believe that its a beauty product that you don't have to splurge on. However, NEW Revlon DoubleTwist™ Mascara was a disappointment! Lashes are left clumpy & a mess.Revlon's claim:

I purchased this in Blackest Black (of course! I always buy the blackest shade available) & I will say that the shade is a plus, the only good thing about this mascara. I get the idea behind the 2-in-1 brush, however that's what makes this mascara so clumpy. The wand itself is a clumpy mess & the liquid is thick. Once on it also smudges & is difficult to wash off, I have the non-waterproof mascara.
Verdict: save your money ladies! I'm sentencing the Revlon DoubleTwist™ Mascara to the trash. Sorry Revlon! On a side note (not to be too negative) ColorStay™ Makeup with SoftFlex™ for Combination/Oily Skin foundation is one of my favourite "budget" beauty recommendations.
